Hope you enjoyed Wednesday, because Thursday’s set to be awful.

1.25/4. Terrible! 24 mph winds! Rain! Cold! But ride anyway, because you’ll impress everyone at work.

(If it’s any comfort, Friday is supposed to be worse.)

In other news…

Congratulations to New York City, which committed $105 million to building a continuous bike path around Manhattan. The biggest new segment will go from 53rd to 61st Streets along the East River, with some smaller segments in East Harlem and Inwood.

When it’s done, Manhattan will be a step closer to having an uninterrupted, 32-mile bike path around the island. Good for New York!

Enjoy your rides!
